However, if you do come across a scenario where you need to cancel service we ask that you give us 48-72 hours of advanced notice o we can plan accordingly and help other customers during that time. No. Often times our clients are at work or busy with daily events. We work on a 9am-6pm schedule to make things most convenient for us AND our customers. In the case that you are not home we ask that you provide a key or keycode access for our professionals to complete their job.
